About US

The Wild Thing Critter Bus is an on-campus field trip program in Phoenix, Arizona bringing the zoo directly to schools. We bring learning to life through unique and exciting hands-on experiences. Our on-campus field trip enhances the educational lives of young students while instilling in them a deeper appreciation for our natural world and the necessity to preserve it. The Critter Bus field trip consists of a variety of programs; the critter bus itself (aka our mobile reptile zoo), an animal presentation and touch experience, in-class workshop, and specimen dissection lab.
